Size Guide
Measure your foot from heel to the tip of your longest toe while standing on a hard floor. Select your US size -- the chart below shows the EU equivalent and approximate foot length. If you are between sizes or have wide feet, go up one size.
Who Is This Shoe For?
These shoes are built for people who need more room and gentleness than a standard shoe provides:
- Wide feet -- the extra-wide toe box eliminates pressure points across the ball of the foot
- Swollen feet and edema -- the Hook and Loop strap lets you adjust the fit as swelling changes through the day
- Diabetic foot care -- no rigid seams, no pressure hotspots, and a breathable upper to keep feet dry and reduce irritation risk
- Bunions -- the soft mesh upper gives and stretches rather than rubbing against bony protrusions
- Older adults -- slip-on design with a wide opening makes getting dressed easier, and the flat heel keeps balance natural

Measure in the evening when feet are at their largest. If you are between sizes or have wide feet, always size up.
Materials & Construction
Upper: Lightweight air mesh -- breathable, flexible, and gentle on sensitive skin. No rigid panels or internal seams that could cause irritation or pressure points.
Insole: Soft EVA foam -- cushions each step and contours to the shape of the foot over time. Removable if you prefer to use your own orthopedic insole.
Outsole: Rubber -- provides reliable grip on hard indoor floors, tile, and smooth outdoor pavement. Heel height is flat (under 1 cm) to keep weight distributed evenly across the entire sole.
Closure: Hook and Loop (Velcro-style) strap -- adjustable at any point in the day, no tying required.
Care Instructions
Hand wash with cool water and mild soap using a soft cloth or brush on the mesh upper. Rinse thoroughly and air dry completely before wearing. Avoid placing in direct sunlight or using a dryer -- heat can warp the EVA insole and weaken the rubber sole adhesive. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. With proper care the shoes will maintain their shape and cushioning through regular use.
Questions? We've Heard Them All.
These shoes are built for people with wide feet, swollen feet, edema, diabetic foot conditions, or bunions. The extra-wide toe box eliminates pressure points across the ball of the foot, while the Hook and Loop strap lets you adjust the fit as swelling changes throughout the day. They are also a popular choice for older adults who want slip-on convenience without sacrificing support.
Select your regular US women's shoe size from the dropdown above. Use the size chart to confirm the EU equivalent. If you have noticeably wide feet or your feet tend to swell by afternoon, go up one size -- the wider toe box becomes even more generous at the next size up without losing fit at the heel. Measuring your foot length in the evening (when feet are largest) gives the most accurate result.
Yes. These shoes are designed with diabetic foot care in mind. The air mesh upper has no rigid seams or pressure points that could cause irritation to sensitive skin. The flat heel keeps the foot in a natural position, and the adjustable Hook and Loop closure means you can loosen the fit when feet swell -- common with diabetes-related circulation changes. If you have active foot wounds or a specific prescription from a podiatrist, confirm suitability with your care provider.
The Hook and Loop (Velcro-style) strap runs across the top of the foot and allows generous width adjustment. You can tighten it in the morning when swelling is low and loosen it in the afternoon when feet expand -- or at any point through the day. No laces to tie. The strap holds securely and does not loosen with normal walking.
No, these are not waterproof. The air mesh upper is breathable and lightweight but will absorb water in rain or puddles. The rubber outsole grips well on wet surfaces even when the upper gets damp. For light outdoor errands in dry conditions they work well. For prolonged wet exposure you would need a waterproof shoe.
The heel is flat -- at or under 1 cm in height. This puts the foot in a natural, neutral position that distributes body weight evenly across the entire sole rather than concentrating it at the ball of the foot. A flat heel is better for most foot conditions including diabetic neuropathy, bunions, and edema. If you need additional arch support, the insole is removable and can be replaced with a custom orthopedic insole.
These are sized in US women's measurements. Men can use the EU size column as a reference -- for example, a man who typically wears EU 43 would select US 10 in this listing. The wide-fit design and simple slip-on style work well regardless of gender. Men with wider feet often find these a comfortable fit when sized by EU measurement.
The breathable air mesh upper makes these best suited for spring and fall. They stay comfortable in summer in air-conditioned environments and for light outdoor use. The mesh provides poor insulation in cold weather, so they are not ideal for winter outdoor use. Many customers wear them year-round as indoor house shoes regardless of season.
Hand wash with cool water and mild soap. Use a soft cloth or brush on the mesh upper and rinse thoroughly. Air dry completely before wearing -- avoid direct sunlight and heat sources, which can warp the EVA insole and weaken the rubber sole adhesive. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. With proper care the shoes maintain their shape and cushioning through regular use.

What Customers Are Saying
Finally -- shoes that do not pinch my bunions
I have bunions on both feet and have been buying men's wide shoes for years because nothing in women's sizing fits. My podiatrist recommended looking for adaptive footwear. These are extraordinary. The toe box is wide enough that I do not feel my bunions at all. I have been wearing them for three weeks and can walk for 45 minutes without stopping. That has not been possible in years.
My mom's feet swell from her heart medication and these are the only shoes that still fit at 4pm
I bought these for my 74-year-old mother who takes a diuretic that causes her feet to swell through the day. Standard shoes are too tight by afternoon. These have the Hook and Loop strap so she can loosen them when swelling peaks. The mesh upper also does not cut in. She wears a US 7.5 wide and we got US 8 -- perfect. She has worn them every day for six weeks.
I am a Type 2 diabetic and my feet have never been happier in a shoe
I have had Type 2 diabetes for 12 years. Finding shoes is a chore because of the neuropathy -- I cannot always feel pressure points forming until it is too late. These have no rigid seams inside, the mesh upper is completely smooth against my skin, and the insole is soft enough that I do not need to add a separate diabetic insole. My podiatrist noticed less redness at my last checkup. I wear a US 9 and these fit perfectly.
Best walking shoe I have found for post-surgery swelling
I had ankle surgery six months ago and my affected foot still swells throughout the day. Regular shoes are impossible -- even looser ones feel like compression by 3pm. These I can adjust with the strap multiple times a day. In the morning they are just snug. By afternoon I loosen them one notch. The air mesh breathes well so I do not get that hot swollen feeling either. Highly recommend for anyone managing ongoing swelling.
Gift for my 80-year-old father -- he refuses to wear anything else now
My dad has wide feet and stopped leaving the house in proper shoes because nothing was comfortable. I found these and ordered a pair. He was skeptical. First day he wore them around the block. Day three he asked me to order two more pairs. He says the sole is thin enough that he does not trip over his own feet, which was a problem with thick-soled shoes. The Velcro strap means he can put them on without bending down. He is 80 and not very mobile -- this matters a lot.
Great shoe -- wish there was more arch support built in
The toe box width and overall comfort are excellent. My feet with edema feel genuinely comfortable in these -- no pressure points, easy to adjust the strap when swelling peaks. My only note is that the insole is flat, so if you need arch support you will want to add an insert. I put in a gel arch insert and these became my daily shoe. Four stars because the stock insole is quite flat for my high arches.
Runs about a half size short -- size up even if you do not have wide feet
Good shoe overall and exactly what I needed for my wide feet. The mesh is soft, the Velcro strap is easy, and my toes finally have room. I normally wear a US 9 and ordered a US 9 -- slightly snug in the toe length. Not painful, just tight. I ordered a US 9.5 as a backup and those fit perfectly. Consider going half a size up even if you do not have wide feet.
Comfortable but the mesh feels delicate for outdoor use
The comfort is genuinely good and my swollen feet fit without the afternoon pinch I get from other shoes. My concern is durability -- the mesh feels thin. I have had these for six weeks and there are no holes yet, but I am careful with them and only wear them indoors and for light walking. For the price I think they are good value for indoor use, but I would not rely on them for rough outdoor terrain.
Color is lighter than the product photo
The shoe itself is fine -- comfortable enough for my wide feet, the strap is adjustable, and the sole is grippy. My only issue is the color. I ordered Blue and what arrived is more of a light gray-blue than the deep navy shown in the photo. Not a deal-breaker but worth knowing if the color matters to you. The fit and function are exactly as described.
Shipping took two weeks -- product itself is good
The shoes are comfortable and fit my diabetic feet well -- the wide toe box and soft mesh are exactly what I needed. I am leaving two stars because shipping took 14 days. I was expecting 5-7 business days based on the listing. No communication about the delay either. The product is good but the delivery experience was frustrating when I was waiting on them for medical reasons.
